She represents employers and other organizations in labor and employment litigation, arbitration, counseling, and compliance matters, including single-plaintiff discrimination and harassment suits, EEOC proceedings, and related civil rights matters. Her practice includes advising on employment discrimination and harassment matters, wage and hour issues, FLSA exemption classification, independent contractor classification, overtime issues, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, employee discipline and termination, leave requirements, and disability-related accommodations, including the ADA interactive process. She also drafts employment policies and forms and handles matters under the FLSA, FMLA, Title VII, the ADA, the Tennessee Human Rights Act, and state and federal pregnancy laws.
