  • Counsel to a Tribe (Developer/Owner) in connection with the construction of a 126-room hotel on tribal land in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
  • Counsel to a Developer/Owner in connection with the construction of a state-of-the-art childcare facility utilizing New Markets Tax Credits.
  • Counsel to Community Development Entity in connection with a New Markets Tax Credit financing of the rehabilitation of commercial space for a supermarket and other commercial tenants.
