Overview

Craig T. Enoch, Justice (Ret.), has decades of both judicial and private practice experience in his specialty of complex litigation appeals and public policy legislative debates. His experience includes serving as Texas Trial Court Presiding Judge, Appellate Court Chief Justice, and Texas Supreme Court Justice. Since returning to private practice, he has over two decades of service representing sophisticated clients. His mission is to represent businesses navigating complex laws and regulations with effective advocacy.

Experience

GENERAL

  • Decades of private practice focused on complex Texas appellate and legislative public policy advocacy. Established Specialized Appellate and Government Enforcement and Regulated Industries Litigation Practice groups for a major regional law firm headquartered in Dallas,and carried that practice into a specialized firm founded in 2011.
  • Previously served as a Justice of the Texas Supreme Court, Chief Justice of Texas’s Fifth District Court of Appeals, and Presiding Judge of Texas’s 101st District Court. Decided high-dollar matters ranging from disputes over utility construction and purchase contracts, employee benefit agreements, estate claims, and major personal injury and property damages claims.
